Email Configuration

Microsoft’s Outlook / Android application will usually be able to automatically configure your email accounts so that you can send and receive emails on your PC.
• Open Outlook / Other Application (Microsoft Office / App. required) Click on tools then account settings
• Click new
• Choose (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) click next
• Complete Your Name, email address and password
• Your email: First initial, last name jdoe@ aarcprogram.com
• User name: your email (example jdoe@aarcprogram.com)
• Password: aarcprogram2016
• Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server: mail.aarcprogram.com
**Additionally, please change the default outgoing mail port to 587 under “advanced” in Microsoft Outlook

• Open Mail application for Mac
• Click on Mail in tool bar and select preferences
• Click on accounts and then select the plus tab to add a new email account
• Your email: First initial, last name @ aarcprogram.com
• User name: your email (example jdoe@aarcprogram.com)
• Password: aarcprogram2016
• Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server: mail.aarcprogram.com
